These terms govern the purchase of company lists on BizCensus. By ticking the box and paying, you accept them.
BizCensus is a service in its pilot phase. While it lasts, it is identified by its name and its contact email, [email protected]. The owner's full details will be published on this page when the pilot ends.
A CSV file of companies matching what you pick on the storefront: countries, languages, sectors and quantity. Depending on the contact level you choose it includes the domain, name, email, phone, social profiles, location and technical details of the website.
The data comes from the companies' own public web pages. The storefront shows sample records with the phone and email masked; what you pay for is delivered after payment.
It is a one-time payment per order: no subscription and no recurring charges. The server calculates the amount and you see it in full before paying.
Payment is handled by Stripe or PayPal. We never see or store your card details. During the pilot phase no invoice is issued: your proof of purchase is the order email and the payment provider's receipt.
Once payment is confirmed you receive an email with the download link, and the same link appears on your order page. The link expires after a few days and allows a limited number of downloads: save the file as soon as you download it.
This is digital content delivered immediately. By ticking the acceptance box you request that delivery and accept that, once the file is downloaded, there is no refund for a change of mind.
If the file does not open, contains fewer contacts than you paid for, or does not match what you selected, you have 7 days from delivery to ask for a replacement or a refund by writing to [email protected].
You are responsible for how you use the file. If you use it to contact the companies, comply with the rules that apply to you: data protection, commercial communications and advertising exclusion lists. It is not sold for sending unsolicited bulk email.
You may not resell or transfer the file as is. Websites change: we do not guarantee that every item is still current the day you use it.
The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep the data correct and up to date, but we are not liable for the results you obtain with it. Our liability is limited, at most, to the amount of the order.
We may update these terms; each order is governed by the terms published when you placed it. They are governed by Spanish law and, if you are a consumer, you also keep the rights the law gives you in your country.
