In short: we ask for the minimum needed to deliver your order, we do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. Here is what we process and what rights you have.
BizCensus is a service in its pilot phase. For any privacy matter write to [email protected]. The controller's full details will be published here when the pilot ends.
Your email and your name or company, to deliver your order and write to you about it.
Your tax ID, only if you choose to provide it.
What you bought: country, language, sector, quantity and amount.
Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe or PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
Server technical data, such as the IP address and date of each request, for security.
The files contain business contact details that the companies themselves publish on their websites: domain, email, phone, social profiles and location. We collect them with an identified robot, described at /bot, which any website owner can block.
If you own a website and want it left out of our lists, or an item corrected or deleted, write to [email protected] with the domain and we will handle it.
We do not sell your buyer data or use it for advertising. We send you nothing that is not about your order.
We process your order data to perform the purchase contract. Security relies on our legitimate interest. Company data relies on our legitimate interest in offering professional business information, and you can object by writing to us.
Only with those needed to run the service: Stripe and PayPal (payments), our email provider (to write to you), our server host and Cloudflare (delivery and security). We do not share your data with anyone else.
Your order data for as long as the relationship lasts and the law requires. Company data for as long as it remains published on their website and we are not asked to remove it.
You can access, rectify, erase, object to or request portability of your data by writing to [email protected]. If you believe we have not handled it well, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to your local authority.
